Booths can be set up between 11 a.m. and 1 p.m.

I have read the parade/booth guidelines and my group/organization/business agree(s) to adhere to the guidelines of the parade/booth and understands that failure to comply may result in the removal of my booth from the parade activities. In addition, I hereby release, indemnify and hold harmless the Newark Area Jaycees, the organizers, sponsors and supervisors of all its activities, from any and all liability in conjunction with the Community Parade held on Sunday, September 19, 2010. I likewise hold harmless from liability any person transporting me to or from any Newark Area Jaycees activity. In addition, Newark Area Jaycees has permission to utilize any photographs or videos taken for publicity purposes.
